REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR CORPORATE ACCOUNT:

• Certificate of incorporation and all its amendments (certified as a true document by the registrar within the last 6 months)
• Memorandum and Articles of Association/Articles of Incorporation /By laws or any other similar documents that relate to the organization of the company (certified as a true document by the registrar within the last 6 months)
• Minutes of BODs meeting appointing the current Board of Directors
• Shareholders and Directors certificates (certified as a true document by the registrar within the last 6 months)
• Passport and Utility Bills for all shareholders/directors
• Bank statement of the company
• POA signed by the directors (if applicable)

Note. In general, any other document that relates to the organization of the Company, its establishment and its good standing, its representation (persons and conditions), its objects and any other related document. All documents shall be either originals or true copies, certified by a lawyer.
